We developed a 1 day workshop, in which the following deliverables will be reached:

• Basis of a test plan, with
  • Responsibilities
  • Decision criteria
• Start of a set-up of test cases in a Matrix (Spreadsheet)
• Progress reporting
• Issue / bug registration (choice) in
  • Spreadsheet
  • Database, f.i.. Mantis
    

Advantages:

• Cost reduction through use of existing tools (spreadsheet) 
• Cost reduction by using Open Source software
• Software Testing controllable from day 1 on
• No Theory and Mumbo Jumbo, but focused on results
• If wanted / needed, expandable with extra sessions

We do these test plan workshops on a basis of No Cure No Pay,
meaning:

• Decide what should be delivered during the Kick-Off session
• At "half-time" decide if the objective is going to be achieved.
  • If Yes, we'll invoice according to the proposal.
  • If Not, you will receive no invoice.
